FAQs About the Sun Membership
IS THERE A MINIMUM COMMITMENT?
When you sign up for a Sun Membership there is no minimum commitment! You can stay with us for as long or little as you’d like.
WHEN DO I GET BILLED?
All Sun Members are billed on the 22nd of the month for the following month’s tanning access. For example, June 22nd’s billing is for July’s month of tanning.
HOW CAN I USE HIGHER LEVEL BEDS IF MY SUN MEMBERSHIP DOESN’T INCLUDE THEM?
All members can upgrade for the day if they are looking to use a different bed. There are also monthly Member Benefits that sometimes include free upgrades. Be sure to check out our Daily Specials for our discount days!
DOES MY MEMBERSHIP EXPIRE IF I DON'T USE IT?
There are no expirations dates on the Sun Memberships. Your billing will continue each month until a Hold or Cancellation request is submitted to our email address and confirmed.
CAN I PAUSE OR FREEZE MY SUN MEMBERSHIP?
Sun Memberships can be placed on hold for just $5 a month. The hold will grandfather the monthly rate you signed-up on, there will be no sign up fee, and you get your hold charges back on the account as prepaid salon dollars when you return. Hold requests are submitted to our email (firstname.lastname@example.org) and must be received no later than the 18th of the month. Members may go on hold once per year.
IS THERE A CANCELLATION FEE?
There is no cancellation fee for Sun Memberships. However, all Sun Memberships are subject to our 30-Day Cancellation Policy.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUN MEMBERSHIP?
Cancellation requests must be submitted via email (email@example.com). All Sun Memberships are subject to our 30-Day Cancellation Policy. All cancellation emails must be received at least 30 days before the next billing date, the 22nd of the month. For example, a member wants to cancel membership to avoid the draft on the 22nd of December. Therefore, to avoid the draft on December 22nd the cancellation email must be received by November 22nd. The member's final billing date would be November 22nd they would have tanning access until December 31st.
